Chinese Passport/Chinese Travel Document Pickup from New York Consulate:

  1. Please complete the 中国护照/旅行证/回国证明申请表 and submit your application in person in New York Consulate.
  2. Please provide us the original pick up slip issued by the Consulate. We will pick it up from New York and bring it to our office in Boston.
  3. Our service fee is $25 per piece.

Application for various authentication or notarization:

  1. Please complete letter of statements of your intention. Below are various sample forms: 声明书/授权书/委托书/寄养儿童委托书/婚姻状况宣誓证明书/健在证明/出生证公证/结婚公证
  2. Please have your letter notarized by a notary public and by the state
  3. Please complete Application Form of Notarization/Legalization
  4. Bring all documents to our office. We will submit to the Chinese Consulate in New York on your behalf.
  5. The fee is $75 for civil class notary service, and $80 for business class notary service. Note the Consulate fee is included.
  6. Add $50 for rush service. Note the Consulate fee is included.
  7. In addition we can also apply public notary and state notary on your behalf, for an additional $50, for your convenience.

Application for Entry for Visit/Transit in Hong Kong:

  1. This form is only applicable to overseas Chinese citizen or Chinese Taiwan citizen
  2. Please fill the来港旅游过境申请表completely. Specially the first two pages have to be completed and sign all four pages.
  3. In addition, bring the following items to our office: one recent photo, Chinese passport and a copy of valid US visa or resident permit (such as a green card).
  4. We will submit to the Chinese Consulate in New York on your behalf.
  5. The fee is $75 for standard service and $125 for rush service. Note the Consulate fee is included.
